En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, c&rsquo;est toujours 1 chiffre, puis les chevrons Citro\u00ebn et 2 chiffres. Le logo peut lui \u00eatre mis dans les quatre positions. Au d\u00e9but je pensais que c&rsquo;est peint au pochoir. Mais finalement, en trouvant des pi\u00e8ces o\u00f9 cela est bien conserv\u00e9, on voyait que cela devait \u00eatre un tampon. Que veulent dire ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rences ??? Car cela n&rsquo;a rien \u00e0 voir avec le num\u00e9ro du catalogue des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es. J&rsquo;ai m\u00eame remarqu\u00e9 que certaines pi\u00e8ces identiques n&rsquo;ont pas la m\u00eame r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. VOICI LA R\u00c9PONSE DE CHRISTOPHE, UN INTERNAUTE :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Je viens de lire ton article sur le marquage des pi\u00e8ces , en fait l\u2019explication est tr\u00e8s simple , ce num\u00e9ro est le tampon d\u2019un contr\u00f4leur . Chaque contr\u00f4leur avait son num\u00e9ro , en quelque sorte une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et un visa comme quoi la pi\u00e8ce est bonne pour le service et aux normes. En mettant ce tampon le contr\u00f4leur engageait sa responsabilit\u00e9 dans la qualit\u00e9 de cette pi\u00e8ce, c\u2019est pour ca que tu trouves un cylindre de suspension droit avec un marquage et un gauche avec un autre , ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un contr\u00f4leur diff\u00e9rent.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Merci Christophe, comme cela on est renseign\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avec le temps, bien entendu c&rsquo;est la plupart du temps effac\u00e9, mais si les pi\u00e8ces ont baign\u00e9 dans la graisse, en nettoyant \u00e7a ressort tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors je me suis mis a chercher une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 capable de me fabriquer cela. Au d\u00e9but je pensais que les chiffres \u00e9taient d\u00e9tour\u00e9s, mais en fait ils sont pleins. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9crasement de la peinture qui cr\u00e9e cet effet. Apr\u00e8s presque 2 mois de recherches, en passant par 2 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui n&rsquo;y arrivaient pas, j&rsquo;ai fini par trouver une qui s&rsquo;est aimablement pench\u00e9 sur mon cas. Car comme je demandais qu&rsquo;un seul tampon, les gens en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ne veulent pas passer du temps pour une si petite quantit\u00e9. Et le mardi 13 octobre 2009, je re\u00e7ois les tampons. J&rsquo;ai fait faire les 3 dimensions que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9es sur les pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensuite il faut faire des essais et trouver la peinture \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau qui tiendra le mieux. Pour ne pas ab\u00eemer les tampons en caoutchouc, je ne peux pas nettoyer les tampons au diluant, ils seront d\u00e9truits. Donc il faut utiliser de la peinture \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau. Ensuite il faut apprendre \u00e0 bien doser la peinture sur le tampon pour que \u00e7a ne bave pas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&rsquo;ai donc commencer \u00e0 prendre en photos les pi\u00e8ces o\u00f9 je trouve cette r\u00e9f\u00e9rence peinte.
