Le mod\u00e8le le plus rare et luxueux de la gamme \u00ab\u00a0D\u00a0\u00bb."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Citro\u00ebn au salon de Paris en septembre 58, la DS Prestige \u00e9tait principalement destin\u00e9e aux dirigeants de tout bord, histoire de hisser encore plus haut le grade de la DS. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait avant l&rsquo;\u00e8re des Pallas. Ce fut aussi le salon de pr\u00e9sentation du nouveau Break ID qui ne fut commercialis\u00e9 que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s. De suite la Prestige s&rsquo;\u00e9lectrise en 12 volts. Ses caract\u00e9ristiques sont simples, un am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cial. Il y avait une s\u00e9paration entre l&rsquo;habitacle avant et les places arri\u00e8res. Une console s\u00e9parait le tout, surmont\u00e9e d&rsquo;une vitre coulissante de bas en haut. Sur les premieres Prestige, la sellerie arri\u00e8re est en tissu gris souris et la banquette avant garnie de cuir, ceci en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des anciens carrosses !!! Plus tard celle-ci s&rsquo;est \u00ab\u00a0Pallassis\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, devenant tout cuir, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la vitre centrale \u00e0 commande \u00e9lectrique (option tr\u00e8s rare). La climatisation fit son apparition dans les ann\u00e9es 70. Citro\u00ebn confia la r\u00e9alisation de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 Henri CHAPRON. Compte tenu de la faible demande et des ateliers de Chapron, il est \u00e0 noter que chaque Prestige ne se ressemble pas. Le client pouvait d\u00e9finir tous les d\u00e9tails int\u00e9rieurs selon sa convenance, et selon les \u00e9volutions techniques. En fait c&rsquo;est un mod\u00e8le tr\u00e8s artisanal, tr\u00e8s dur \u00e0 refaire de nos jours (aucunes r\u00e9pliques de connues \u00e0 ce jour). On ne conna\u00eet pas exactement le nombre de ces mod\u00e8les produits (345 des mains courantes Citro\u00ebn, voir tableau en bas de page). Vraisemblablement il y aurait eu dans les 500 exemplaires produit, faisant de cette DS un objet extr\u00eamement rare, presque autant que l&rsquo;ID NORMALE (393 exemplaires). Pour finir, cette DS \u00e9tait presque toujours livr\u00e9e en noire. Il serait int\u00e9ressant de lancer un recensement des DS Prestige encore existantes. De plus, la plupart des Prestiges ont un pedigr\u00e9e. Dernier d\u00e9tail, en plus de toutes les sp\u00e9cifications, les DS Prestige avaient les poign\u00e9es de portes ext\u00e9rieures arri\u00e8res identiques \u00e0 celles des portes avants. En effet, avec fermeture \u00e0 cl\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter en cas de fermeture de la vitre de s\u00e9paration et des portes depuis l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de ne plus pouvoir acc\u00e9der aux places arri\u00e8res !!!! L&rsquo;ennui c&rsquo;est que Citro\u00ebn a s\u00e9par\u00e9 dans ces livres de sorties des v\u00e9hicules les Prestige jusqu&rsquo;en 1970. Pour les 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, on ne peut plus savoir le nombre de Prestige produites. J&rsquo;ai tir\u00e9 ces chiffres du Livre d&rsquo;Olivier De Serres \u00ab\u00a0Le grand livre de la DS\u00a0\u00bb. On arrive officiellement \u00e0 345 Prestige. Si on suit la moyenne de 30 Prestige annuellement produites, on peut penser qu&rsquo;il y aurait eu pas plus de 500 DS Prestige produites. C&rsquo;est donc \u00e9videmment un mod\u00e8le extr\u00eamement rare. Quelques mod\u00e8les Chapron furent \u00e9quip\u00e9s de la s\u00e9paration de la Prestige comme certaines Lorraine, sans pour autant \u00eatre des Prestige de s\u00e9rie. Et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, il aurait pu y avoir quelques Prestige d&rsquo;assembl\u00e9es, je connais une DS 23 Prestige avec num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie Belge 1973. Mais combien reste-t-il de DS Prestige aujourd&rsquo;hui ????
