{"id":3465,"date":"2013-09-02T16:01:00","date_gmt":"2013-09-02T15:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.citrothello.net\/?p=3465"},"modified":"2022-01-20T18:36:43","modified_gmt":"2022-01-20T17:36:43","slug":"revision-phares-sm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citrothello.net\/blog\/revision-phares-sm\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00c9VISION PHARES DIRECTIONNELS SM."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Citro\u00ebn DS a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re voiture de s\u00e9rie \u00e0 recevoir les phares pivotants en fonction des roues, d\u00e8s septembre 1967. Le syst\u00e8me \u00e9tait simple, reli\u00e9 par c\u00e2bles. Lorsque Citro\u00ebn a mis au point la SM, celle-ci ne pouvait \u00eatre d\u00e9pourvue des phares tournants, qui avaient fait tant de bruit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais la structure avant de la SM est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de la DS. Un syst\u00e8me de c\u00e2bles ne peut produire l&rsquo;effet d\u00e9sir\u00e9. J&rsquo;imagine la casse-t\u00eate auquel ont d\u00fb faire face les ing\u00e9nieurs pour trouver la solution. Un syst\u00e8me de faisceaux a circuit ferm\u00e9, avec \u00e9metteur et r\u00e9cepteur hydraulique pour actionner les phares tournants. Une belle prouesse technique miniature, qu&rsquo;une fois de plus CITROEN a fait preuve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reli\u00e9s comme sur la DS sur le relais de direction (gauche et non droit contrairement \u00e0 la DS), les pistons sont donc actionn\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 chaque mouvement imprim\u00e9 du volant. Le phare c\u00f4t\u00e9 externe du virage pivote l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, tandis que celui interne pivote sur presque 90 degr\u00e9s. Et inversement, comme sur la DS. Les ing\u00e9nieurs ont r\u00e9ussi leur coup.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais ce syst\u00e8me s&rsquo;use contrairement \u00e0 la DS, terriblement plus simple. De nos jours, ce sont surtout les membranes qui se percent et laisse \u00e9chapper le LHM. Il en r\u00e9sulte plus aucune action du piston vers le phare. C&rsquo;est tout de m\u00eame assez complexe \u00e0 r\u00e9parer. Car l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 surtout c\u00f4t\u00e9 phares est difficile. On trouve au SM Club de France les membranes en neuf, ainsi que les petits anneaux qui renferme le syst\u00e8me. Ceux-ci sont tr\u00e8s fragiles et ne supportent pas plus d&rsquo;un ou deux d\u00e9montages. Enfin la difficult\u00e9 principale, c&rsquo;est de bien chasser l&rsquo;air en remplissant du LHM. Car le deuxi\u00e8me faisceaux est sertie, et on peut difficilement l&rsquo;ouvrir pour faire soupape lorsque l&rsquo;on remplis de LHM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais on y arrive, en s&rsquo;y reprenant plusieurs fois.
