Fort heureusement, il y en a un incroyable nombre, de quoi \u00ab\u00a0normalement\u00a0\u00bb refaire rouler nos DS pour l&rsquo;\u00e9ternit\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s avoir restaur\u00e9 un bon nombre de DS-SM&#8230;, je me suis aper\u00e7u, comme beaucoup de monde, que la qualit\u00e9 de certaines pi\u00e8ces est catastrophique. Mais depuis 2 ans (2011), cela devient carr\u00e9ment de la folie. Des pi\u00e8ces de tr\u00e8s mauvaises qualit\u00e9s, vendues \u00e0 prix d&rsquo;or g\u00e2chent compl\u00e8tement le plaisir de restaurer et rouler nos autos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je pr\u00e9cise que cela ne concerne pas seulement le monde Citro\u00ebn, mais des amis aimant les Jaguar, Mercedes ou autres ont exactement les m\u00eames probl\u00e8mes. Il devient de plus en plus difficile de trouver des pi\u00e8ces neuves de qualit\u00e9s. Mais il y en a quand m\u00eame, ne dressons pas ici un tableau sombre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tous cas, cet \u00e9tat de fait a largement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ma d\u00e9cision de ne plus restaurer des Citro\u00ebn pour des gens qui me contactent. Je ferai cela selon mon envie et disponibilit\u00e9s, uniquement pour mes amis tr\u00e8s proches, qui eux comprennent que l&rsquo;on a affaire \u00e0 des pi\u00e8ces de mauvaises qualit\u00e9, ont assez de philosophie pour apprendre a vivre avec, et on fait face dans l&rsquo;adversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outre ce probl\u00e8me r\u00e9current, il manque tout de m\u00eame des pi\u00e8ces maitresses qui ne sont pas refabriqu\u00e9es. Cela concerne surtout les anciennes DS, tr\u00e8s d\u00e9laiss\u00e9es je trouve dans ce monde de Citro\u00ebnistes. style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant le grand rassemblement ICCCR qui eu lieu en ao\u00fbt 2012 en Angleterre, Harry\u00a0 Martens grand sp\u00e9cialiste des boites des vitesses des DS-SM en Hollande,\u00a0 a bien voulu me vendre le tout dernier synchro neuf qu&rsquo;il poss\u00e9dait. J&rsquo;ai d\u00fb en \u00e9change lui promettre de tout faire pour lancer une fabrication. Car en Suisse, on a maintes entreprises de pr\u00e9cision, et des gens toujours tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s, m\u00eame pour des petites s\u00e9ries. J&rsquo;ai du reste pu lancer la fabrication des kit SM de rev\u00eatement alu interne (le seul \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l&rsquo;avoir fait, <a title=\"REFABRICATION Kit alu int\u00e9rieur des SM.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citrothello.net\/refabrication-planchss-alu-sm\/\">cliquez ici<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour r\u00e9aliser cela, il faut de toute mani\u00e8re la bague compl\u00e8te. Car seul le synchro en bronze s&rsquo;use. Il s&rsquo;agit donc d&rsquo;\u00e9change standard. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 que j&rsquo;ai contact\u00e9 est parfaitement capable de r\u00e9aliser la pi\u00e8ce. Ils ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 mon cas avec attention, on a eu \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de petites \u00ab\u00a0s\u00e9ances\u00a0\u00bb de travail. Ils poss\u00e8dent un savoir faire hors pair, et des machines tr\u00e8s pointues. Car outre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser cette pi\u00e8ce, je veux absolument que la qualit\u00e9 soit au rendez-vous. On a donc s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 la meilleure mati\u00e8re existante pour synchro d&rsquo;automobile. Il nous a fallut 2 prototypes pour arriver \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat probant. J&rsquo;ai envoy\u00e9 2 fois les r\u00e9alisations \u00e0 Harry et Alex pour aval. En tout, plus d&rsquo;un an pour finaliser le projet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et en ao\u00fbt 2013, BINGO, la fabrication semble parfaite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voici donc pour la premi\u00e8re fois, et \u00e0 mon avis vu la difficult\u00e9 et donc le prix exorbitant a faire fabriquer, la faible demande, il y aura pas trop de fabrications chez les professionnels.. Car outre la qualit\u00e9 et la faisabilit\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussit a obtenir un tr\u00e8s bon prix.\u00a0 Je tiens \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que je ne veux faire aucun b\u00e9n\u00e9fice. C&rsquo;est vraiment pour d\u00e9panner les gens qui ont une DS ancienne g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et qui veulent comme moi encore la faire rouler normalement. Car rien n&rsquo;est plus emb\u00eatant qu&rsquo;un craquement de vitesses au r\u00e9tro-gradage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le prix est de 270 euros , en \u00e9change standard donc (il me faut la vieille pi\u00e8ce). Ce qui parait vraiment peu, compte tenu des machines, du temps de fabrication et du temps de pr\u00e9paration et \u00e9laboration de plans. A ce jour, j&rsquo;ai financ\u00e9 le projet tout seul. Le prototype \u00e0 lui seul, a demand\u00e9 un assez lourd investissement.\u00a0 Et c&rsquo;est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en Suisse, pas en Chine !!!! Bien-s\u00fbr, je ne pourrait faire cela en grande quantit\u00e9, vu le temps que cela demande, recevoir, exp\u00e9dier, fabriquer les synchros et que je fait cela \u00e0 prix coutant. Si je prenait une marge comme les professionnels, le prix serait double voir triple. C&rsquo;est pourquoi on a toujours des prix cons\u00e9quents de pi\u00e8ces, co\u00fbts de fabrication, plus la marge. Ici pas de marge, donc prix tr\u00e8s bas vu la qualit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce, sa complexit\u00e9 et les toutes petites s\u00e9ries. Je ferrai cela en petite quantit\u00e9. Et je me doute que peu de gens voudront changer cela sur leur vieilles DS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si des personnes d\u00e9sirent un synchro refait \u00e0 neuf pour leur DS-ID, ils peuvent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent me contacter. Mais aussi s&rsquo;ils font r\u00e9viser leurs boites de vitesses chez Alex (<a href=\"http:\/\/boite-de-vitesse-ds.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">cliquez ici<\/a>) ou Harry (<a href=\"http:\/\/ds-vitesse.com\/nl\" target=\"_blank\">cliquez ici<\/a>), ils seront s\u00fbr d&rsquo;avoir cette pi\u00e8ce neuve dans leur boite de vitesses, ce qui ne sera pas le cas ailleurs.. Pour r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de production, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 me demande d&rsquo;en r\u00e9aliser par lot de 10 unit\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps. La premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie est pour Harry et Alex qui attendent avec impatience, afin de pouvoir enfin mettre cette pi\u00e8ce neuve sur les boites de vitesses 3 paliers qu&rsquo;ils vont
