Bouchant le trou b\u00e9ant entre la 2CV et la DS, cette auto s&rsquo;adressait aux p\u00e8re de famille d\u00e9sirant poss\u00e9der une auto s\u00fbre, confortable et fort pratique. Les premi\u00e8res GS avait un moteur d&rsquo;une cylindr\u00e9e de 1015 cm3. Elue voiture de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e d\u00e8s son lancement en 1971, la GS fut une des Citro\u00ebn les plus produites (avec la GSA).
