Apr\u00e8s avoir fait fabriquer plus de 10 outils, je devrait \u00eatre en mesure d&rsquo;y arriver.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premier mouvement, contr\u00f4ler le jeu dans le raccord tournant. Je sais que tr\u00e8s peu de pros le font&#8230; J&rsquo;ai d\u00fb faire fabriquer un support sp\u00e9cial pour accueillir un comparateur. Et trouver des cales tr\u00e8s fines aux dimensions tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises (rien est simple).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le reste consiste \u00e0 changer les joints, et sans certains outils, on a toutes les chances d&rsquo;ab\u00eemer irr\u00e9versiblement des joints. L\u00e0 aussi si on veux aller jusqu&rsquo;au bout, il faut contr\u00f4ler le jeu entre les deux bagues sur le v\u00e9rin. J&rsquo;ai fait r\u00e9aliser une cale tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise pour cela.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensuite, j&rsquo;ai sacrifi\u00e9 une direction pour contr\u00f4ler la pompe \u00e0 v\u00e9lo avant montage final. Ceci permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre s\u00fbr d&rsquo;avoir mont\u00e9 correctement les joints, et d&rsquo;avoir une pompe \u00e0 v\u00e9lo parfaitement \u00e9tanche avant de la monter sur la direction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et pour finir, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un banc test dynamique pour faire un parfait r\u00e9glage du croisement des pressions. Cela me permet de r\u00e9gler le raccord tournant, croisement des pressions avec 2 manos. En fait, je fait 3 tests. Test de la pompe \u00e0 v\u00e9lo toute seule, puis test du raccord tournant, v\u00e9rification de son \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, r\u00e9glages des pressions. Puis test final tout mont\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et pour essayer d&rsquo;\u00eatre le plus s\u00fbr possible, je laisse une nuit la direction en pression sur le banc. Un\u00a0 test efficace aussi, consiste \u00e0 laisser tourner le banc et v\u00e9rifier tout les combien le conjoncteur claque. L\u00e0 il faut plus de 6 minutes pour qu&rsquo;il claque. Cela prouve que la direction est \u00e9tanche, ne \u00ab\u00a0mange pas de pression\u00a0\u00bb. Et apr\u00e8s une nuit en pression sur le banc, il n&rsquo;y a eu que 10 bars de perdus en 20 heures. Tout cela est plus que satisfaisant. Et vu la finition que j&rsquo;ai cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 obtenir, je suis tout content, car cela fait \u00ab\u00a0raccord\u00a0\u00bb avec mes restaurations, vu que j&rsquo;ai tout fait zinguer, m\u00eame les corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et avec tout \u00e7a, je reste tr\u00e8s prudent. J&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de faire au mieux, mais rien ne me prouve que tout ira. Il y aura forc\u00e9ment des directions qui seront r\u00e9calcitrantes.
